Patrick Blanzy:
Patrick is a licensed Michigan real estate agent and professional forester with over a decade of experience helping landowners achieve their goals. Originally from southeast Michigan, he moved north to attend Michigan Technological University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry.
Since 2012, Patrick has worked as a consulting forester, providing professional forestry services to landowners across Michigan and Wisconsin. In 2021 Patrick became a licensed real estate agent. Which allows him to pair his forestry expertise with a strong understanding of land markets, offering clients a comprehensive, land-focused approach. He assists both buyers and sellers in land transactions, helping clients make informed decisions that maximize the value and potential of their property.
He is a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors, the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, and the Society of American Foresters. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
