My name is Lucas Vold, and I am a real estate agent and professional forester with over 15 years of experience helping landowners manage their woodlands and achieve their goals. With a bachelor’s degree in Forest Management and a master’s degree in Forest Hydrology, along with extensive hands-on experience across the Lake States, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and practical insight to every client I serve.

My work spans all aspects of land ownership and real estate, including forest management planning, timber and land valuation, recreational planning, wildlife habitat enhancement, alternative revenue opportunities, property tax strategies, timber harvesting, and reforestation. A key focus of my practice is helping landowners navigate woodland tax and conservation programs such as the Commercial Forest Program, Qualified Forest Program, Managed Forest Law Program, Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) maximizing both the financial and ecological value of their property.

By combining a deep understanding of forestry, the regional real estate market, and the forest products industry, I provide a land-focused approach that goes beyond traditional real estate services.
